    Any information which can be used to identify a specific individual constitutes personal information. This could include such information as your name, date of birth, address, career history and notes regarding such, plus any numbers or codes (phone numbers, email addresses, etc.) by which you could be identified. This may constitute information which could not be used to identify you by its self, but by cross-referencing to other information, could be used to identify you.

    We collect personal information in order to enable us to provide recruitment and job matching services to you, and to carry out such activities pertaining thereto as are necessary to facilitate the skill checking, verification, matching, etc. necessary to the provision of recruitment and career consulting services.
  3. Use of personal information
    iSearch Worldwide will not disclose personal information to clients or to any third party without the approval of the individual to whom that information pertains. We will only use personal information for purposes other than those mentioned in clause (2) after notifying the person to whom that information pertains of our intention to do so, and obtaining their consent.
  4. Disclosure, Amendment, and Deletion of Personal Information
    iSearch Worldwide K.K. makes every possible effort to maintain personal data in as complete and up-to-date a manner as possible. If you have any disclosure or comment to make with regard to personal data held by us, or request for amendment or deletion thereof, please call 03-5545-7804. Once we confirm the identity of any person making such a request, we will proceed to act on that request immediately, with the provision that the nature of the request falls within the bounds of what can be considered reasonable. We will provide immediate notification once any such request has been acted upon.
  5. Security of personal information
    iSearch Worldwide K.K. will take all reasonable measures to ensure the security of personal information held by us.
  6. Outsourcing
    There are times when we consign handling of personal information to third party vendors for such reasons as data maintenance. In such cases, we screen potential third-party vendors to verify that they fulfill the required standard of personal information protection, and ask them to sign a non-disclosure agreement to ensure correct handling and protection of such data.
