The Insights & Marketing Research Coordinator will manage consumer and market insight studies, and conduct quantitative and qualitative tests internally in order to extract the most relevant insights and ensure a successful launch of our products and concepts that best fit the needs and demands of Japanese women.

  • Ability to drive projects with attention to details and excellent follow through
  • Good with teamwork, organizational skills, and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work with diverse people and teams, including marketing and technical teams, as well as external parties such as respondents and panelists
  • Japanese native level and English business level language ability (TOEIC score of about 800 or above)
  • Experience in qualitative research (in luxury and/or cosmetics related projects are preferred)
  • Experience with statistics and data analysis including statistical software such as SPSS
  • 5 years of experience in marketing or marketing research
  • Experience in moderation in the Japanese market
