Description
The Insights & Marketing Research Coordinator will manage consumer and market insight studies, and conduct quantitative and qualitative tests internally in order to extract the most relevant insights and ensure a successful launch of our products and concepts that best fit the needs and demands of Japanese women.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
- Consumer Studies
- Quality control & accuracies
- Product Testing (Sensory Research)
- Online research
- Provide local directions to central teams
Requirements
- Ability to drive projects with attention to details and excellent follow through
- Good with teamwork, organizational skills, and ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse people and teams, including marketing and technical teams, as well as external parties such as respondents and panelists
- Japanese native level and English business level language ability (TOEIC score of about 800 or above)
- Experience in qualitative research (in luxury and/or cosmetics related projects are preferred)
- Experience with statistics and data analysis including statistical software such as SPSS
- 5 years of experience in marketing or marketing research
- Experience in moderation in the Japanese market
