Description

As CISO you will provide information security services to all employees and sometimes 3rd party partners.

CISO ensures all the security operations are under control in Japan (patch/pattern file/OS are up to date) in collaboration with the Technical team, and also ensures policies are properly applied to all local projects.

Requirements

Requirements
 5 or more years of experience at cybersecurity department, experiences to;

• Work as CISO
• work on cybersecurity incident response with stakeholder management 
• work on cybersecurity assessment and proactive drill (penetration test) toward 3rd party
• Work on cybersecurity related training and awareness campaign to employee

• CISSP/CISM/CISA or equivalent certificate
• Knowledge of cybersecurity framework and processes (ISO27xxx, ISMS, P-mark) 
• Basic knowledge of international and local compliance/regulation (Personal Information Protection Law, GDPR, PCI-DSS) 
• Basic knowledge understanding of IT architecture and process 
• Language: Fluent Japanese and business level of English (French as a plus) 
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Japanese and in English 
• Customer-oriented mindset 
• Experience working in multi-cultures and diversity work environment is preferred
