As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in this international luxury goods company, you will be in charge of Talent Acquisition for various positions.
 

 
DUTIES

• Recruiting
• Work with agencies to find the senior level candidates
• Advise hiring manager regarding JD, hiring process and criteria
• Search for new channels of recruiting
• Support the smooth onboarding of newly hired employees

Requirements

Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant progressive HR or recruiting experience.
- Retail experience preferred
- Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus
Competencies:
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment.
- Organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills (native Japanese, business English)
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Ability to travel
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays if needed

- University graduate
